The Telemarketer is responsible for generating leads, promoting company products or services, and converting potential customers through telephone communication. The role focuses on customer engagement, sales support, and delivering quality customer service.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and company offerings.
Maintain updated records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the company system.
Follow up on previously contacted clients to close sales or obtain additional information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional manner.
Conduct market research through calls to understand customer needs and preferences.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company standards and policies.
Submit daily and weekly call activity and performance reports.
Minimum of a certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and persuasive speaking skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, CRM systems).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
