Info Code Consults LTD is seeking to hire a customer service officer to identify customer needs and expectations, deliver service requests, ensuring that customers receive an effective service by being efficient, knowledgeable and consistent in delivery, with the objective of achieving first contact resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction and Support, ensure that all customer interactions are recorded and documented appropriately in the company’s system.
  • Communication and Coordination, communicate customer feedback and issues to relevant departments.
  • Service Quality and Improvement, monitor customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Administrative Duties, prepare reports on customer inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Sales and Product Support, provide customers with detailed product and service information to aid in decision-making.
  • Performance and Accountability, meet or exceed performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical and System Support (if applicable), assist customers with basic troubleshooting or technical guidance for products or services.

Requirements

  • Should hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or any other related field.
  • Should have a minimum of 2 and above years of experience in a customer service or client relations role.
