We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for mobilizing resources, coordinating beneficiaries and ensuring the smooth implementation of projects. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging communities, creating awareness, and encouraging participation in the project.
  • Registering of beneficiaries, support community meetings and events, and collect feedback from participants.
  • Maintaining accurate records, provide regular reports, and act as a link between the community and the project team.

Requirements

  • Should have atleast a diploma in any related field.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to engage and motivate community members.
  • Should be reliable, committed, and self-driven.
  • Experience in community work is an added advantage.
  • Must be available to attend training and meetings.
